Additionally, those who are bedbound and need help with daily necessities, those recovering from a surgical procedure, and those with special needs (including children) can all achieve a higher quality of life through Nurse1’s professional in-home care services. See our Services page for more information about the range of care we provide.

Yes, and we are a Medicare-approved 5-star agency. Our license number is 299994174, and it encompasses nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, home infusion (IV), therapy, medical social services, and home health aides. At Nurse1, we can provide assistance in all of these areas, all under one roof, allowing for a smooth and easy transition to care.

Each of our caregivers is fully covered under liability insurance.

At Nurse1, we take the time to get to know each person we serve. Developing relationships and truly listening are key to ensuring that each person’s needs and wishes are being addressed. And unlike many home care agencies, we cover a full range of both medical and non-medical care needs at home, so there’s never a need to search for additional services. We’re here for you through every step of the journey through aging.

After a hospitalization, people tend to recover more quickly in their own environment. There’s no need to arrange transportation; if they have difficulty getting around, they are already at the location where services are provided. Clients can also benefit from having an extra hand around the house to help with light housekeeping, meal preparations, medicine reminders, and more. Clients who have trouble getting around at night or are a fall risk can also benefit from an aide being there to help them get to the restroom or kitchen at night.

Anyone is eligible to receive in-home care services that are paid for privately. Medicare and long-term care insurance coverage are often an option to cover costs as well. For clients that are homebound and require intermittent skilled home health services, contact your physician to see if you are eligible for Medicare-certified home health care. Contact us for help in determining what option is right for you.
